Once you know the general service needed, simply fill out our quote request form. This form allows you to upload photos, provide measurements if available, and describe the issue you’re experiencing. The more detail you provide, the more accurate we can be in evaluating your project.
3. Initial Review & Quote Type Determination
After receiving your request, we carefully review the information and photos submitted. At this stage, we determine whether your project can be accurately evaluated remotely or if an on-site inspection is required.
4. Project Scope & Response Time Expectations
Because we specialize in masonry repair and restoration, not every request will fall within our active scope of work. Some projects may require services we are not currently offering, fall outside our service area, or involve conditions better handled by another type of contractor. If this is the case, we will let you know as soon as possible.

This approach allows us to stay directly involved in every project, maintain consistent workmanship, and avoid subcontracting or rushed production schedules. All quote requests are reviewed personally and carefully—never automated or delegated. During peak seasons or periods of high demand, response times may vary slightly as we work through requests in the order received and give each project proper attention.
This approach allows us to remain selective, thorough, and focused on quality workmanship rather than volume. If additional information is needed to evaluate your project, we will contact you using your preferred method of communication.

Once the estimate is approved, we schedule your project based on availability, weather conditions, and project type. Prior to starting, we will require the deposit. We will confirm logistics such as access, staging areas, and preparation requirements.

Your deposit goes directly toward the total project cost and ensures we’re fully prepared before work begins.
All pricing is valid for 30 days and may vary seasonally.
7. Professional Masonry Repair & Restoration
Our experienced masonry team completes the work using proper repair techniques, compatible materials, and proven methods designed for durability and long-term performance—especially important in North Carolina’s climate.
We take care to protect surrounding areas and maintain a clean, organized jobsite throughout the project.
8. Final Walk-Through & Completion
After the work is completed, we perform a final review to ensure quality, workmanship, and customer satisfaction. We’ll answer any final questions and provide maintenance guidance when applicable.
