A recent Foyer Tile replacement and update.
One of our many Quality Projects
We prepared house with tarps ,blocked the ductwork and removed wood trim. Here we are into the process of lightly demo hammering and chiseling out old tile foyer.

We eventually removed some plywood and replaced it. We then installed a cement backer board subfloor using special screws and setting it in thin set mortar to match existing floors (leaving it lower for tile to match).

We used a small tumbled stone tile with 2 custom built medallions to enhance the floor with a ritzy look and give the floor some more interestl considering the foyers large size.
